Everything happens in the Claude desktop app — Mac or Windows, same steps. No terminal, no coding.

Muhammad sent you a personal license key. You’ll paste it once, later, when the app asks. Keep it private, you don’t create any files yourself.

If your version predates the /cc-update command, this one upgrade is manual. After it, every future update is a single command.
On your first run, type these in the message box:
/command-center start here
/profile-import load your business profile
/connect connect your tools
/board-setup set up your advisory board
If you own the business: after your own setup, tell Command Center "prepare team workspace". It builds one file, a curated copy of your business setup, and shows you exactly what's going in before it does. Send each team member two things privately: their personal plugin file and that one team workspace file. Your team's copies run standalone; anything they need from you, they'll ask you directly.
If you're on the team: when Command Center asks you for a team workspace file, get it from the business owner, then drop it into the chat and it loads itself. Don't set up a business profile yourself, your company's setup always comes from the owner.
Whenever there’s a new version, get your latest copy from the update page: paste your key, download your file, and re-upload it in Settings → Plugins (you may need to remove the old one first). You can also type /cc-update in the app, which will point you to the same page.
